If you take out the Sylvan Safekeeper the deck would be modern legal. Personally, I would rework this entirely. Start with a mechanic and work your way from there, there are a bunch of search tools like Gatherer that you can use to custom search for whatever you need. Whereas this is a creature based deck, I would look for more creatures that have activated abilities that trigger when other creatures come into play, i.e. Herd Gnarr. Hope that helps!

Agreeeeed.
My apologies, I wasn't aware that there was a Blinkmoth and an Inkmoth Nexus.
You can make your life total irelevent by turn 3.
I only need a few land to set things off and the deck is so mechanic based that I can't take resources for BM Nexus. Pendelhaven is cool but running 4 of them is ludicrous, what with the whole legendary rule. Keep the input coming, though!
A fuckin greed man, I didn't put them in here because I thought the price of the deck would deter people from playing it haha.
Thanks for all the input! I considered Become Immense in the past but I don't think it keeps with my vision for this deck, the idea was to make something explosive and super cheap mana-wise. I put Apostle's Blessing in there before and eventually took it out because it detracts from your possible turn-2 wins. I just put in Ranger's Guile for the hexproof instead.
I actually added that and a bunch of other things, I totally forgot about that guy.
I was in the middle of updating haha, sorry about that. It's good now.
Oh well, it would've been nice. Thanks for the feedback.
I have the deck and there is a much simpler way. Turn 1 is the same, drop an elf. Turn 2 drop a Groundswell, two Mutagenic Growths or Might of Old Krosa, then drop an Assault Strobe, attack for 5 with doublestrike. It isn't consistent turn 2, but it's very achievable and if you play-test it a bit you'll see that turn 3 win is more consistent. Flesh and Blood are in there to go over weenie blockers and if they do block, they're out a creature and you can attack next turn. The biggest problem lies in the fact that all the other creatures in here cost 2 so you can't play them right away. Thanks for the feedback!
Scute Mob!
My bad haha.
Howling Mine!
Why 61 cards?
Very interesting idea, I haven't really seen Awaken as a mechanic before. I think Oracle of Mul Daya would be great in this, or Ranger's Path for that matter. Another suggestion: I would personally ditch some of the higher cost Awakening spells like Roil Spout and Sheer Drop, maybe switch them out for some zendikons (Wind Zendikon is a personal favorite of mine). Hope this helps!
@OneofMany, Blisterpod is under advisement, but I'm looking for more initial mana to get this thing going faster and I also would prefer if he produced colored mana. Bloom Tender is kind of the same deal, though it would help in the long run, I don't see it being much use in the beginning of the game. It doesn't matter what he's producing if I don't have enough colors among my permanents.
I can't say that I encounter a lot of manaless decks to be perfectly honest. Though Not of This World is a good card, I don't know if it would be a great fit in this deck. FoD is the only creature that it would do any good and you aren't always going to get him out.
I'm not really into paying hundreds of dollars, as much as I love this game. I also built a $30 three turn deck, check it out it's called Ascension.
I actually added Muddle the Mixture for fetch and countering. Apostle's Blessing wasn't a great choice, but I can't stand to take out the other buff cards, especially Chief of the Foundry, he's a good chump blocker and boosts my artifacts.
