Really inmerwolf and hunt master isn't that bad. You have a 3/3 two life a 5/5 trample a shock to a creature and a shock to A player. Seems like a deal

Sulfurous springs is the pain land. I really like everything except Demi-god of revenge on average based on your land count you can't cast him till turn 9-10 . The way the math works out 18 land 60 cards in deck so chance per draw of a land 60/18Then (60/18)x5(lands to cast demigod)=16.7777777 then you subtract 7 for your opening hand. 9.777 draw steps till cast on average.
Oh I see you already replaced it.
I understand. I'm just saying with 18 lands x will never be very large. At absolute most 2 normally 1 and for x of 1 it's just bad.
You have 18 lands which is fine except you have 4 and 5 drops with 18 lands your curve really needs to stop at 3. With that said I would cut rakdos return (doing it for 1 is no fun and 2 is barely acceptable) Demi god of revenge and blazing specter Goblin guide should be in here as well as rift bolt an probably lava spike. This will help your curve and make your average kill time drop by close to a full turn 4 lava law reaches are also too much you really only want 1-2 because They come in tapped I would add whatever the red/black pain land is. (I'll probably find it's name later and comment again) but ideally you want to kill by turn 4-5
I kept the low under 40 cause that was my goal. Really the only "money card" is the collenade
People use shock lands in combinations with fetch lands to make most lands produce any color you need. Also shocks interact favorably with things like dragon skull summitWithout those interactions the other lands are of similar powee
I would cut gitaxian probe for some number of sylvan library.

Llanowar wastes, dragons kill summit and rootbound crag are all like two dollars an they make your mana much better also you should probably be at 22 lands so you can hit 3 mana on turn 3.Also nights whisper is a easier to cast sign in blood.
Boom // bust over rancid earth just because it's faster by a turn and on turn 6 you can blow up everything.
You should drop blightsteel to 2, and add 2 emrakul. It essentially wins the turn it attacks and is almost unremovable. Also with 2 blightsteel to should always have a tinker target and with just 2 emrakul your unlikely to polymorph into a second one (although tht shouldn't be a concern because the first one wins the game) Another color would help you have cheaper token production, green or white would both be solid for that. Finally I recommend cutting 2 lands for 2 lotus petal. It is a zero drop artifact makes your decks a Turn faster and you can use it for tinker. I don't recommend four because you're not all in on the tinker plan.
40 lands is higher then most edh decks. Ramp spells fix colors an accelerate you by putting out more lands. With 44 lands you will have excess lands and not enough cards that do things normally.
You can straight cut panopticon mirror it doesn't do anythin really in this deck. Then you can cut all your tinker targets down to 1 an add lotus peals they work as a zero cost artifact or as mana acceleration. Also blight steel> Darksteel
You could cut 4 lands and play 4 ramp spells I'm thinking explosive vegetation, rampant growth kodama's reach and farseek
It does not go infinite but he can trigger each creature once with cauldron haze so he can get 3-4 triggers with cauldron haze. I think it needs like 2-3 more creatures you could cut cutthroat maneuver as that's your only true black cad in the deck
I don't like the spell very much if your entire deck is instan speed I might like it
I assume he meant steam augury by the card is really only meh at best
I think 26 lands is where you wanna be in this deck. I really like your main board it seems really well situated against aggro an pretty decent against midrange What I don't like is your sideboard against mono black you can only side in bounce spells over doom blade. And really you don't want them replaying their threats because they often will have lands to replay everything late game. You also don't have any counterspells or discard. Both of those are better against control then ashiok So total I would say In sideboard -3x cyclonic rift-2x disperse -3 ashiok +1 dark betrayal +3 dissolve (or syncopate if you feel so inclined) +2 rakdos return +2 ultimate price Also your mana base is strange why 8 mountains I would drop a few mountains and mutavault a to give you more black and blue sourcesMy control deck http://www.mtgvault.com/trollking21/decks/esper-control/
Extort is allowed because the hybrid cost is only in the reminder text. It's janky but considering the lack of really powerful extort cards I think they wanted it to be more flexible really only pontiff of blight is relevant in the format.
