I agree that Bioshift would be very good in this deck. It would allow you to move a bunch of counters from a blocked creature to an unblocked creature or to a creature with trample for a kill shot.

He could also add 4 ranger's guile to his side-board. Between those and the witchstalkers, he should be in pretty decent shape unless he is playing Esper.
I think the Scourge of Scola Vale would go very nicely in this deck. It is a cheap trample creature that is all counters, and you can always consume one of your non-trample creatures (reverent hunter or rubblebelt) at the end of your opponent's turn so that you can swing huge with a trample creature during your turn. You can also use it to consume creatures that are going to die anyway (death blade, a creature blocked and killed by a surprise fatty that will not die in combat, etc.).
I'm assuming so that his creatures can still beat the crap out of his opponent's creatures while his opponent's creatures do no damage unless they happen to have counters on them.
I made a similar deck, and I'm curious to know what you think about mine, http://www.mtgvault.com/traslin/decks/aqueous-weeniegro/. I wish I had another Ajani, but until then I'll be sticking with 3 Heliod (I want 2 of each eventually). The keys I've found that make the deck successful is powerful cheap enchantments (ethereal armor and aqueous form) and the proper ramping for bestow. Bestow in this deck acts like haste because it allows you to cast creatures and get damage from them in the same turn. When the hero is out, this deck is at its finest.
Brave or Gods Willing is just as good if not better than Crypsis IMO.
I would drop the 4 Brave and the 2 Spears and put in a 4th Ethereal Armor, another Heliod God, 3 Soul Tithe, and another Nyxborn. I have a similar deck to yours that has tested well, http://www.mtgvault.com/traslin/decks/white-heroic-aggro/ . The problem with having all those instants is that they aren't very useful if your hand is full of them with no creatures, which will happen especially if you are up against control. Soul Tithe is awesome because it targets everything and it slows your opponent down. The other cards are just good in your deck, so I'd take them over Brave or Spear, especially since you are already running Gods Willing.I'd still side-board the Braves though and sub them in for Acolyte's against control decks.
So what creature were you using to block the Stormbreath so that you could even prevent damage? It has protection from white, so I'm still not sure how you could ever use Acolyte's reward against a Stormbreath with this deck since all of your creatures are white and cannot block the Stormbreath. Also, unless you were using the Angels in your sideboard, none of your creatures even have flying... Celestial Flare, which is already in your sideboard, is really one of the few things that can deal with a Stormbreath in a mono-white deck.
FYI, Acolyte's Reward should not have saved you from a Monstrous Stormbreath because Acolyte's only prevents damage to creatures.
I'd sub Experiment One for the Badgers probably and add 4 mana elves, but then it wouldn't be a badger deck anymore...
I'd put Slaughterhorn in over Giant Growth. If you are in a pinch you can cast him for a creature and 1 devotion, plus bloodrush can't be countered and +3/+2 is so close to a Giant Growth anyway.I'd also suggest main or at least side-boarding Witchstalker. Maybe replace at least 2 of the Swordwise with them.I personally would also drop some of the instants (Mortals Resolves probably) and perhaps put in Mana Elves for the mana ramp. Your deck is very instant heavy, so as it is you will probably have more instants than you can use in your hand a lot of the time.
Have you considered using Nivmagus Elemental or Blistercoil Weird? You have plenty of cheap instants, so it seems like it would work plus it allows you to get more out of your instants if you go up against a control deck with lots of counters. Maybe for sideboard at least?
