Looks like a good start... Once you get the cards add 2 more preordain, another lightning bolt, and 2 more mana leak. You are also missing one of Alara's most powerful cards in the form of Blightning... Also, Wrexial is basically useless in this deck so I would replace him... Instead of Moriok Replica just run Sign in Blood or don't even worry about the drawing because preordain and sea gate will take care of that... Banefire

Im gonna go ahead and say that having 11 5 mana spells is too much.. I'd relegate the LoV to the sideboard and then drop either drana or the ob nixilis

Even with lotus cobra it will still be awkward sometimes to cast condemn/path to exile/ and especially grave titan because it needs 4BB and besides lotus cobra you only produce red and green.... Khalni Gem/Mana Cylix would work well here or even just have a few swamps and plains that you can fetch.... Also if you want to run chandra you shouldn't run ablaze because its cmc is too high...

I also like it... Maybe Cathartic Adept to put cards they need into the graveyard so they can't get it back through shuffling or anything...

I really like the deck especially because its not completely over-the-top expensive... But if your in a tournament you should almost definetly cut 5 cards... I'd say cut either some see beyonds, brave the elements, qasali pridemages and bant sureblades

I'm assuming you've heard the whole 61 cards vs 60 debate but I really like the curve that this deck has and seems like it can answer almost any threat... Is the deck able to deal with opposing planeswalkers well? 9/10 from me

I wouldn't really call this budget... Even without the Baneslayers, the Glacial Fortresses, Celestial Colonnades and the Day of Judgements are each $20 dollars a playset...

Jund is one of the least expensive Standard decks... Try making Mythic Bant... then tell us how Jund is expensive

Arcane Sanctum, Glacial Fortress, Drowned Catacomb, and Marsh Flats to even out your mana base so you don't draw the wrong colors
