I'm not sure where you want to go with this, but as budget options go, this seems fine. However, I might suggest a couple changes: I would definately take out the four murderous redcaps and replace them with Dark Confidant. Bob is just an extremely powerful unit in a burn build like this. If you do use four bobs, drop to two sign in bloods. I would consider switching Mutilates and just putting the Fatal Pushes in mainboard. Black is in a really weird position where you will have to do more pressuring with your creatures than trying to destroy them and "combo" in a sense. Mutilate is definately better against go wide strategies, but Fatal Push is absolutely prime removal at low cost, giving you better flexibility. I think no matter how you look at it, I definately believe you can't go wrong with a playset of Lightning Bolts, it's unfortunate you'd splash red, but there's no denying the fact that black doesn't have the prime pieces red has: and it should really help your blood chief ascension. My only complaint about bloodchief ancesion is it seems to go against what some of the other cards are doing, because it relys on stuff going to the graveyard rather than burning the opponent.

Haha, Slivers is such a fine balance to play with.
Not a bad idea. That spell fits well in the curve. Maybe a possible sideboard tech.
I just tried out Aether Vial in the deck again. It works better now that I have taken some of the lands out. I just put them back in.
Nice deck, I am surprised Sliver Hive doesn't make an appearance though.
Yeah Aether Vial was kind of hit or miss for me. That is a good point thought. Collected company will be similiar to that effect. I should be putting a Gemhide in though. I have a playset of them lying around somewhere haha.
Striking sliver might not be bad sideboard tech for me. That pairing is not bad at all. The mana leaks can be kind of durdly at times, maybe there is something better.
If I could find a way to cheat out Primal Surge that might be good.
Note: Aether Vial used to be in the deck; however, I found that Adaptive Automaton works much better. The only issue with Vial in a deck like this is that because you are rushing out creatures, your hand can usually sit empty and Aether Vial will do nothing. Collected Company will be much better in the deck, as it digs down in our deck and gives us more options when we exhaust our hand. My hope is that Collected Company will give the deck a consistent turn 4-5 kill.
Timely Reinforcements is an amazing card. Glad you like it.
Honestly, Midnight Haunting is better all around. Sure you don't get three guys, but you can play Haunting at the end of the opponents turn, or to create some chump blockers. Its a solid card for doing that. The major issue I have with Spectral Processions is the mana cost. Sure it's hybrid mana, which makes it very flexible, but at best in a white deck it's triple white, or at worst its 6 mana. Even then sorcery speed is very slow and paying triple or double white in any deck other than a mono white deck would be hard on the mana base. Sure you could add a copy or two to the main board, as three 1/1s for 3-white mana is amazing trade off, but outside of a mono-white build, the processions gets harder to cast. So yeah, I do prefer the flexibility Midnight Haunting gives me over Spectral Processions. If I was looking at this deck outside of its block when I built it at the time, I would probably mainboard a copy of Processions, since its mostly mono-white, but I wouldn't overdo it.
Goblin Ringleader Goblin Warchief Goblin Lackey Gempalm Incinerator Goblin Matron Just some suggestions. ~TheyCallMeTim...
The goal is burn, which we have going, but it may need some tuning. Check out Ash Zealots, they are a two drop with haste and hate against Snapcaster Mage. Also, I would consider looking at Rakdos Shred Freak rather than Cryptborn Horror. The Freak is a 2/1 haste guy, while Cryptborn isn't truly effective until turn 4. This is speed we are going for, damage can wait. I would consider removing your Electrickerys and moving two copies of Mizzium Mortars to the sideboard, because those cards only are good for spot removal, which really is not the goal of the deck. Also, it is important to note that Thragtusks are the biggest problem for any burn deck whatsoever, so maybe splashing black and adding in a Slaughter Games to the sideboard may be a good idea. Overall, cheap, effective, and will win you some games. ~TheyCallMeTim...
Not a problem good sir.
I must say I found it humorous when I clicked on the AWOL it actually went AWOL. Hahaha. But I seem to be having many problems too... but I may suggest you at least clean up the title, otherwise it may be deleted.
This really isn't a deck, but it is the greatest card ever made... http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=392727
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=391469 Izzet. Guttersnipe Talrand work.
Hahaha. Just wanted to reply to that.... yeah I know. I have updated the deck to have only 2 tinkers in it now, slowly getting it down to 1.
Also, after hearing many people say this, I realize I may be better at block constructed matches than I thought. ~TheyCallMeTim...
Yeah, when I saw Tormond's Crypt was being reprinted I was sad. Alas, this does happen. ~TheyCallMeTim...
