Delirium is useless in this deck. I'd try to find some artifact creatures or something if you want to use the cards to their full extent.

Does exiling and returning a land that enters the battlefield tapped make it tap?
This is tiny leaders. It's a different format, though it's similar. It's commander, but with 50 cards, everything has to be 3 mana or less, you start with 25 life, and a different ban list. tinyleaders.blogspot.com/p/ban-list.html
Scrap trawler's already in
This has too many cards for an EDH
Could I hear your reasoning on Fleeting Memories?
Luminate Primordial and Congregate both work well. Also, beacon of immortality if you have the money. I have my own tainted remedy deck if you want to check it out for ideaswww.mtgvault.com/stormtide/decks/tainted-trauma/
If you add in some "destroy target creature"s, then they could double purpose for dealing with creatures, or taking out the tree if you have soul separator. Here are the ones that would work best:MurderPuncturing LightSearing Light
Soul separator could provide an alternate win condition. The tree's spirit could make an opponent have one life. It even works with triska's second ability
I assume you know this since you put it in, but soul separator provides an alternate win condition by getting them to one life. Also, only one card in here isn't standard legal. Were you trying to make it standard?
Just so we're clear on the tiny leaders rules, you get 25 life; not 20 or 40
He could replace it with Lupine Prototype. It's a great crewer, and won't mess up the curve
I'd suggest tezzeret's touch.
Tireless Tracker?
I don't think fume spitter is female. I mean it could be, but...
Can you consistently make the five blue mana needed for ghastlord?
I'd have less creatures, and more instants/sorceries
I've done similar decks. Mine usually go wide instead, but this one seems to work well too. I like what you're doing here
necromancer's covenant. Also, there's a few good white/black zombies if you want them
