This is, at heart, a Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind/Ophidian Eye combo deck. The primary win condition is to cast Niv-Mizzet (either) and enchant it with Ophidian Eye or Curiosity, and combo off on draw step or using Niv's ability. (The combo is to point Niv-Mizzet's trigger at your opponent. Curiosity will trigger, and then you draw a card. Repeat enough times to destroy opponent.)
