This deck is a Walls deck. It is reliant on High Alert, a four-of in the deck. The deck includes, as far as high-toughness creatures, Portcullis Vine and Saruli Caretaker splitting the one-drop slot, Wall of Mist and Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive in the two-drop slot. Tetsuko also serves to give the team unblockable. Tower Defense is probably the #2 all-star of the deck and can provide wins out of nowhere when combined with High Alert, especially if you have two. Sphinx of Foresight, Chart a Course, and Opt serve as digging spells for our High Alert. Sphinx of Foresight is also the best card in Ravnica Allegiance, in my opinion. It is insanely powerful. Settle the Wreckage provides great removal. The deck also runs a few situational one-ofs. Slaughter the Strong and Sinister Sabotage can make the opponent play around it as if you are packing four. Incubation // Incongruity is useful, but you don't want to be drawing multiples in a game. Arcades, the Strategist is backup for High Alert and is tech against Ixalan's Binding, which can kill the entire strategy of the deck.
