Thank you for your comment, but I do not see Engineered Plague as a big threat. I have various defenses to counter a -1/-1 to my creatures; sinew slivers, sliver legion, mindbreak trap, spell pierce, as well as a plated sliver.

Looks like a fun deck, I don't fully understand how there EDH decks work having so many cards though.

Try putting more deal damage "to each creature" and less deal damage "to target creature"

Perhaps try cutting it down to 60?
