I'd add in some skirsdag priest, great card for any deck with a lot of creatures. Also would consider a couple Ravenous demons since you have a lot of humans and he's pretty much ends the game in few turns once flipped.

I'd exchange the 2 cremates for Sign in Blood, since you only have two you could use the extra draw card power and you can afford the health since you have thragtusk, kazandu Refuge, and no shock lands. Just my opinion w/o raising deck cost. Please check out my red/black/green and tell me what you think.
