Unscythe requires color splash, and this deck need to be quicker than that. I'll look into it, though. My answer to not having first strike is Scalding Salamander. The ability goes off as an instant, everything dies, attackers hit.

I have them both, but I really don't think paying life is going to help me when I'm trying to stall.
Thanks for the comments guys. I would swap for Pariah, but Pariah's Shield doesn't award a 2 for 1. I'd rather wait one more turn and keep a card when Cho-Manno gets dropped. I have more time in free for all. If the extra turn is a problem, I'll definitely switch it out, though. Sure I can cast Kaervek's while Barren Glory is on the stack, but I need 9 mana and I'd be completely open. For the same 9 mana, I can protect Glory with Oblivion Ring and keep my defenders and lands until the last second before the win. Sure Barren Glory is risky. That's why it's fun.
Future Sight + Nulltread = doom
carvitar: I looked into Harrow, but I just ran out of room for it. I'll probably switch Acid moss out for it because I don't like they way it's working. ajaxawdy2: I use Fastbond in a couple of my decks, but I really didn't think it would help me too much here. Because my hitting power comes mid to late game, I need all the life I can get. And yes, Fastbond doesn't trigger Horn of Greed. Nor does Burgeoning or Clear the Land. Azusa, however, will give me two extra draws each turn.
I'm really liking Horn of Greed and Traproot Kami. I think I'd add Seedborn Muse instead of Rude Awakening. I'll see if I can't make some room.
lol. No worries. I'm not really going for a psych out. I guess i don't really know what I'm looking for, actually.
typo. Level 38.* A chaotic neutral is NOT the right character. It was my first and I just wanted to fuck shit up. I joined a party late and leveled up like crazy because EVERYTHING was out of my league. Gotta love girlfriends that get you into D&D...
I can dig it. +1
Unless, of course, I can get Scapeshift + Crucible off. I once had all 30 land out in the 12th turn in a game against a slow aggro deck and two hardcore stall decks.
It owns. Sure, I get screwed by drawing lands early, but I never have to worry about not having enough. I usually have have around 15 land by turn 10 or so (Howling mine would make that number a lot higher), so I usually send Molimo at one person, Dourbark at another, and swamp the third with 2/2's.
Link me to it when you post it.
Glad to help.
And just how do you plan to get all those lands on the table? Why not go for some land animation? A bunch of land search that puts them into play, mono-green, Timber Protector and Nature's revolt would do better, I think. I still like this though, but not enough yet to give it a +1 cookie.
I would add in Etherium Sculpltor, Master of Etherium, and Vesuva and Mutavault (to work with the Cloudpost), and possibly Mishra, Artificer Prodigy.
Throw in a Phage for giggles.
I have to agree with seras. Too chaotic. Good idea, but not focused.
If you guys play multiplayer, I have a sweet barbarian build-up for ya. I also like to pillage, so any time I deal over 100 damage in one turn with one creature is a plus.
This deck will win 80% of the time.
