the mortarpod/basilisk collar combo seems incredibly expensive for simple creature removal, I'd sooner put in a set of pacifisms which you would A: be more likely to draw into and B: be able to play far more cheaply. the level-up creatures seem a bit out of place, too. For what masters cost you may as well put deathless angels in or baneslayers or something.

Kind of slow, may want to put harrows/rampant growths in since you can't play much of the good stuff until you have 4-5 mana in play.
