Excellent comment, I'll make some of the changes you've suggested if I get the cards. For example, I simply don't have any DoJ or Planar Cleansing, or Entreat the Angels (which I would love to run). Gilded and Chromatic are nice because they fix my colors, but I understand your point. On the other hand, they do let me power out Avacyn and Gisela... You like the single Reforge the Soul? I wasn't sure about it.
Have you noticed this deck costs roughly 400-1200 dollars? I have no useful comments, reanimator decks are outside of my sphere of comfort.

I completely understand, I suppose I'm playing it somewhat cautiously in a way. I don't like going land dead, but I think I could safely go down to 20 lands. The Riders are just too good. Being able to name multiple creature types in the event the game goes a little longer is fantastic.
Consider putting in Arrest instead of Divine Favor. It'll help slow down the game and give you time to stabilize.
Nice deck, reminds me a lot of my own. Consider detention sphere for a little control, since you're already U/W. The deck did well at FNM. It's been updated and is meaner than it was before.
Put in some Chalices as an additional win condition.
Fiend Hunter isn't a bad idea. You can permanently exile a target with a fiend hunter and cloudshift. Plus with two fiend hunters and a resto angel you can perform an infinite loop of ETB, so if you have like... Cathar's Crusade, Seriph Sanctuary, Suture Priest, Soul of the Harvest on the board you can put infinite counters out, gain infinite life, or draw infinite cards.

I didn't want to go three colors (I have trouble balancing) but I do have 4 Hinterland Harbors collecting dust... I may try this!
Swap Galvanic Blast for Pillar of Flame, you get zero benefit from the metal craft and the exile component of the PIllar of Flame can really screw up undying. Other than that I like it a lot. Super annoying. Nicol Bolas would fit right in there. Good call! I'll swap in the Altar's Reap. The Demonic Taskmaster is there to force the life swap from the Blood Artist on the tokens. The evolving wilds will go in, I was just lazy when I put the land in. Thanks for your comment!
