I love this deck. It reminds me a lot of my black Crypt Ghast deck. I use dark ritual to play Crypt Ghast second turn and then play big creatures on turn three like Massacre Wurm or Grave Titan (I often interchange the big creatures in the deck for fun). Then turn four I can play Griselbrand turn four and with his absurd card draw, I can pretty much do whatever I want.

For your lifegain, I would replace Angel's Mercy with Whitesun's Passage, Rest for the Weary, or Chaplain's Blessing. I understand that Nefarox is very strong if you can get him out, but as he is very expensive, you might want to consider replacing him with some cheaper exalted cards. I suggest Akrasan Squire, Duty-Bound Dead, Guardians of Akrasa, or Sigiled Paladin. Also, I think that this was mentioned, but I think that you should look at Sublime Archangel. It is an absolute beast in any exalted deck. This is my exalted deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/mattzager/decks/blackwhite-exalted-deck/
Thanks. That clears things up a lot.
Could somebody please explain why Lord of Extinction boosts Sutured Ghoul's power and toughness when you exile it.
Thanks for the suggestion.
You forgot the lands
How do you win?
What is the point of Spawnsire of Ulamog, if you don't have a sideboard?
It is mostly a theoretical deck
Great deck. You should add Bloodghast
Great deck. You should consider Elite Vanguatd or Dryad Militant as one- mana drops in the deck.
You should consider adding Kalonian Hydra, Protean Hydra, and Vigor
Great deck. Put in two or three more lands
Great deck. You should consider adding Crypt Ghast
Thanks for the advice. I really considered putting Terastodon into the deck and might sideboard it. The creatures in the deck are really interchangeable anyways. Also as the most expensive cars in the deck is 8 I don't think that Boundless Realms is really necessary. I could add it and then add cards like worldspine worm. I will also think about Harrow.
Maybe Tribute to Hunger
I thinks that is its name
