I've considered putting a fourth crypt ghast into the deck. That is why I put one into the sideboard. I just don't know if it is necessary

Replace diabolical tutor with demonic tutor

You should add a "Parallel Lives" or two to speed up token production

I always loved Phyrexian Dreadnaught

It doesn't get the +1/+1 counters until after the damage is dealt

Banished Priest only works on creatures your opponents control. Also try to think of a way to get Worldfire out quicker such as Chandra Pyromaster.

This is a great deck, but you should try to add another win condition.
