Cards you need for your deck to work you should have 4 of. Cards you want but aren't crucial have three of at least. Otherwise your deck will lose all the synergy you have created if there is any. I know its hard to get rid of cards but it will make your deck more consistent and stronger. You could always make another deck with the cards you have turfed.

Your not keen on tempered steel. Would just make all your guys a lot bigger. Then not relying on a couple dudes to do the killing thats all.

I would run 4 etched champions. They are you big killing card. Also you have a lot of mana making and cost reducing but not much that actually costs much. I dont like frogmite. Looks way to expensive for a 2/2. I know he gets cheaper with artifacts out. Cranial plating is awesome so I would run 4. No point with aether vial as you don't have anything to play late game and not much card draw. You should try find a card that bulk produces artifact tokens if one exists. Or add a couple wurmcoils. Shoudl not cost much to bring them out due to your reduce cost of artifact cards.
frost breath is great and have you thought of mayube a sunblast angel. Good late stage removal place a hard hitter to go along with the frost titan

I would add krovikan mist and get rid of some spells. Bears are aggro so get rid of stall tactics.

Maybe heartless summoning to bring in expensive dudes? I'd ignore guys like segnir becasue yuo0 need a blocker to flying in order for him to get counter. Plenty of vamps that cost the same that make opponents sac each turn etc for same cost. If not hearltess then have 4 rakish heair and maybe dark ritual and try and wipe out with hard hitting flying quickly.
