Hey looking at ur deck, just thought i'd say that there is no interaction between waste not and necromancer's stockpile. Also if u want this to be standard, consider the rotation, with cards like liliana's reaver rotating out. If you arent worried about the rotation i highly reccomend you add in some shrieking afflictions, for some much-needed finishing power.

This is a cool idea, not sure about mindcrack what with undead alchemist but this looks like a fun deck.

It seems like you don't have red for any particular reason, you could make a much stronger deck if you veered towards junk midrange, using similar base cards and adding some much needed removal. Standard doesn't have char, lightning bolt or gut shot right now, splashing for burn seems utterly superfluous, otherwise its a good idea for a deck based around a card that I originally thought to be more about flavour, with the God's End or God Send wordplay. By the way, I would love people to comment which they think it is and why.

why add rubblehulk? seems the deck would simply be stronger without it, i would assume that it is there because you think it's cool or something but really it brings nothing to your deck that the 4th madcap wouldn't, plus you could play in pauper format (without the shock lands).
also:
turn 1, badger/tracer
turn 2, madcap, swing (4 dmg)
turn 3, giant growth/maaka + armed and dangerous (20 dmg)
potentially better than the 4tw izzet cyclops deck
also, drop the lands to around twenty and add more 2 CMC enchantments like madcap skills (aka, that confer 3 power)to make it more consistent.

how is might of alara better than giant growth? like i guess if u have all 4 types but, how likely?

Yours sounds like control more than midrange, so no angels also no terminus coz I can't be bothered to spend $4 on a card which goes out of standard in a month. Originally ran boros charm but didn't like it though I reckon some shocks would be a good idea but O-ring is useless when I can get detention sphere (mana costs really aren't an issue). Also Tajic is fine (may take 2 instead of 3, want to play test, he is one of my better cheap creatures and +10/+10 is hilarious with aurelia). Legions initiative is essential (even if only sideboarded) coz I blink my creatures then play supreme verdict xD
