Mutavault is probably worth adding?

I've been thinking about a Boros burn deck for a while but I didn't have the nerve to try it!

I'd drop a lot of your creatures, anything which doesn't bring burn or benifit from burn seems like a waste where you could put in more spells.

I'd take out Foundry Champion, Tajic and Legion Loyalist as well as maybe Blaze Commando.

Instead I'd put in young Pyromancer (a much cheaper version of Commando) and replace the others with burn spells, Boros Charm and Warleader's Helix come immideately to mind as ones you've missed.

Of course this would turn the deck in to an almost pure burn deck whilst using the Pyromancer to build up tokens to protect yourself against Aggro-midrange decks, which is a slightly different direction to what your trying but I suspect it might be more effecient.

Or Silverblade Paladin or Frontline Medic, IMO the best human 3 drops in the history of the game let alone in standard. Paladin is especially good for this deck cos it means you can give one of your angels double strike, incredible potent!

I'd be playing a playset of Mutavault but that will set you back $40 so I understand why you would chose otherwise!

Xathrid Necromancer seems to fit perfectly in to this deck.

Normally because they are the ones that require the most feedback. The best decks are normally those with lots of likes and no comments. It's too bad my decks don't fit that criteria haha

I'm looking in to a time post-Innistrad and I'm already missing Champion of the Parish and Lightning Mauler but let me know what you think of this initial deck idea.

I agree with AZ88, Akroma, Angel of Wrath should be your finisher.

I think Grim Lavamancer is needed!

Why the Glacial Fortress?

I wouldn't bother with a plains personally, between Sacred Foundry and Clifftop Retreat you have enough white mana without one!

I'd have some Frontline Medic's and if you can afford them Cavern of Souls.

I haven't seen a mono white human deck in a while, most of us splash red or green.

This is a standard deck, pretty much all you've recommended has passed out of standard.

You could try Recumbent Bliss?

Can I suggest Felidar Soverign as another win con rather than just the chalice?

I recommend getting rid as many cards that cost more than 4 mana as possible. You states its a quick deck but to be truly quick you want the game over by turn 5. Also suggest you add Sacred Foundry to try and make sure you've always got the right mana avaliable.

Yeah: Champion of the Parish is IMO the best one drop for human/soldier decks ever made. Then for me it would come down to a choice between Cenn's tactician and Boros Elite for the second 1 drop.
