What is the point of the Blighted Agent? You have no pump so how do you plan on using him since he deals poison counters to players?
Maybe sideboard Dispel? Also could switch Cancel with Dissipate, Mana Leak, or Counterspell.

I kind of like Lighting Greaves better than Swiftfoot Boots but I understand it is not a budget card. Just good alternative. +1 Also mayybee Godsend for just like 2-3 more dollars. I dunno
