I think you may be misunderstanding Wheel of Torture. It reads "During each of your opponent's upkeeps, Wheel of Torture deals 1 damage to that player for each card fewer than three in his or her hand". This means it only deals damage if the player has LESS than three cards in their hand. For example, for someone who has only one card in their hand it would deal two damage as it is "two cards fewer than three". If you just recently played an Upheaval it likely wouldn't do anything. Now I know there IS a card that does what you're thinking of, but it will take me some time to find it. PS: I also have an archenemy deck. I'll link you to it.http://www.mtgvault.com/legendxp/decks/multikill/

Actually you don't gain the same amount of life, it says power plus toughness. If its just enchanted with lifelink, he'll only gain life equal to its power. He would also need to have Armadillo cloak on it. However, I do see your point with it being a one-shot. I was thinking more along the lines of it being an instant, which is nice.
Green Sun's Zenith will help to get that creature out. Also, nice lifegain with Predator's Rapport.
Thanks. Also, cards that revolve around instants and sorceries being cast (Such as Talrand) don't work as you might think. The copies don't trigger their abilities since they are not being cast, they are being copied directly onto the stack. It is the reason why the storm mechanic doesn't work with Ink-Treader Nephilim.
Wojek Siren for buff.
Lol, deck costs $500! (I'll stick with budget decks) Neat concept however; it looks great.
I didn't even notice that. I love it when a curve works out nicely, you see too many decks getting really weird mana curves.
Lol at the Pariah, Ephara combo. (^ . ^)
I like using it in conjunction with his tap ability, then I fling it. Kills one creature with toughness 8 or less, then deals 16 damage to an opponent. (8 combat damage from his power, then 8 damage from his ability, then 8 damage from fling)
Another good card would be "Rightousness". It gives a creature +7/+7 for one mana until end of turn. Use it on a spikeshot goblin and you're set.
Thanks for the heads up.
Thanks for the info, I got rid of it.
Neat concept, I suggest Ghostway to activate all the abilities at once, and to protect from field destroyers.
Furnace of Rath and Burn at the stake might be difficult to cast because of the heavy red mana required for it, especially, since you are playing a three color deck. Might I suggest Chain Reaction? Skullcrack might be good against some white decks. I also have a stuffy doll deck here. http://www.mtgvault.com/legendxp/decks/get-stuffed/
lol, nice name. ^ ^
Hmm, not sure actually... It can cost less if you pay life, that might not be a problem with the deck you are using, but also isn't as good against white decks when compared to Sphere of Safety. Personally, I would take out 1 Sphere of Safety and 1 Revoke Existance and then put 2 Norn's Annex in the sideboard.
Replace 1 Kalonian Hydra and 1 Kiora, the Crashing Wave, maybe?
Triton Tactics is also a good card for heroic decks. It is probably one of the best 1 drop blue spells out there for what it does.
Gridlock helps enable both Heroic creatures and Inspired creatures.
Kindle the Carnage seems like it would fit this decks them nicely, especially if you discard a couple of Blasphemous Acts. Boros Charm might be a good choice too, you can give an attacking creature doublestrike and then block it with Boros Reckoner, or you could make your creatures indestructible to save them from your boardwipes.
