Very interesting.. added a couple jitte's for fun, and mightve swapped around the number and standstills and such. You guys think its still in the right direction?

My mistake. Wind Zendikon is also 1 mana and you get your land back when you kill it.
I replaced them with wind zendikon because they provide for a creature to sacrifice for polymorph and proteus staff, while not actually being creatures themselves when drawing through your deck. Chimeric idol requires you to tap all your lands, which would hurt when trying to pay for polymorph, or the staff's ability.
Nihil spellbomb that sh**t
Nice decks, Personally i think i prefer captivating vampire to the alternative black/red commander with her "gain control of target vampire ability" I just think tribal decks work best most of the time with mono lands. Just one less thing to be inconsistent about. Your decks look pretty solid though!
yeah thanks for all those suggestions. What would i take out is my question.. cause right now its pretty much based around speed, and while unwinding clock and feedback bolt are potential game winners. they are a bit bulky mana-wise. Ill take a look at your deck
correct indeed, along with stallers like bolts, lux cannon and life gaining to keep everything at bay.
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=277030 Yo check out my deck. Under 40 bucks and you can easily get lots of charge counters. Its more artifact based and less creatures, But a little faster with red burn and then a little unlimited turn combo late game if you need it. tell me what you think
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=277030 Hey same idea with ion storm, but i threw in mono red and made it a little faster with more burn to slow down your opponents. Not to mention an unlimited turn combo late game. Check it out and tell me what you think
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=277030 Ok a little off topic, but check out this golden urn combo with ion storm
You may as well change the name to, "How to make your opponents scoop every-time"
Just a little update, Switched to red for a little more controlled burn to keep your enemies in check. Tell me what you think!
Its no doubt that the true master of this deck would reign superior over my attempts to recreate the Emrakul strength power of this deck. Only you can truely know what to do with this deck, and I will bow down if we see each other in battle.
Just another bonus that you can get this tournament quality deck for under 5 bucks.. Where else is that possible? Crandlex3 you're my hero. Iv'e ordered two complete copies of this deck for my collection and use in my future magic excursions. Next stop Pro-tour is right.
Dam I can't wait for this to get on up and coming. Check out my vamp deck, not as comparable to this piece of art so i definitely need your help. Still don't know why people aren't 1.25 playsets of child of nights in every deck. Plain foolish. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=179900
I like the whole getting two big artifact guys out with sharuum with only 1 card. Reanimate can be tricky, late game it could be the killer for yourself, yet its only 1 mana. There are alternatives for graveborn spells but they do cost closer to three mana. Its a trade off.
You have Jhoira, But you only have a couple big cards that don't have time counter things.
Is it worth it to keep all of the shapeshifting creatures in the deck, or should i just go with more 1/1 wizards and try to give up the little combo there is with lullmage.
True it is a pretty sweet 3 drop. Definitely good for a deck depending on your opponents speed but sideboard material of course. Thanks
