That's why I'm having a hard time getting rid of my S5 masters. Triggering ferocious on those claws is just awesome, otherwise it's a meh spell.

I'd swap Chandra for Sorin actually. Maybe even 2 Sorins.

Yeah but he plays this deck in STD. No Guildgates. Also, this deck is all about speed and fetchlands are faster than guilgates, which comes into play tapped.

Howl of the Horde: OUT ! Helped me win maybe 2 or 3 times in about 30 games. To follow the toolbox aspect of the deck, I chipped in 3x Aetherspouts instead. It saved my ass a few times already vs Abzan and aggro decks and it separates this deck from the general Burn tendancies of Jeskai players.

This deck has changed a lot since its first brew ! Interesting stuff. Mine has gone a different way and usually pops one of its combos by turn 5 on average, turn 4 under the best conditions. Fun stuff. (http://www.mtgvault.com/korto/decks/jeskai-comborama-std/)

Now I believe this deck is ready to kick some serious aggro ass !!!!

So simple yet so good ! Faced it yesterday with an attrition UB deck and lost 2-0 and 2-1. My Jeskai did better but still, it was a good matchup. Very, very fast and efficient.

Cards I don't like much in there: Generator servant, Akroan Cursader (More Goblins instead!!!!) and Hammerhand.
Cards I like a lot: Rabble (of course) Titans strength, Trumpet Blast and the amazing Hordeling Outburst.

Tweaked ! I think this is a version I'd bring out for tourneys. I've faced better decks with it than with its previous version and still get the upper hand. Often not by much, even lost a few but won more than anything.

Fun Fact about the Briber's Purse, one of my own little additions to the original deck that included the crypt x4: It actually helps you not getting your ass kicked before pulling one of the combos, something the crypt don't do (it actually do pretty much nothing except vs delvers. Do you know many of them ?!)

the fun part about current STD combos as opposed to say Niv Commander is that combos are harder to pull and requires actual work to pop !

Erebos is fun too but yeah, Keranos. And Purphoros. In a combo deck. Lawl.
