Well ... they do pay life for favors. :)

Buwahahahaha .... please oh please let my reach deck team up with this. They would be nigh unstoppable.
I'm cool ... go ask Northy or Sorin or one of those moody black mages. I already reached my black deck quota for the month. :)
Ebola? What the heck would I use to represent ebola? Massacre Worm?
Hmm ... but stuff like raking canopy, which only effects your opponents, would be awesome ...... wait, I got it! Donate 'em an archetype of ... IMAGINATION ... , sit back, and enjoy the fireworks.
WHAT NEED DO I HAVE OF THIS WELL YOU SPEAK OF?! I AM EQUIPPED TO PURIFY MINE OWN WATERS.
And cytoplast manipulator is standing in the wings for players who prefer the far more simple soul-crushing of ... ahem .... ALL YOUR CREATURES ARE BELONG TO ME!... wow, that was pretty dark. Time to go play a lifegain deck. :)
Plus, just imagine the look on your opponent's face when you are at 5 life and survive a direct hit from a terra stomper ... by casting tainted strike on it. Then go on to kill him next turn. If that doesn't get a laugh, find some new people to play magic with. Unless you're Jessie. Then keep playing with that person because the odds you will find anyone else to play Magic with are pretty much zip.
Braves is nowhere near derogatory. It's a term for unproven adolescents, though you will probably get your ass handed to you if you walk around a reservation saying that. For some reason, native americans don't like outsiders of any ethnicity quoting from a culture they have all but lost ... thanks to outsiders.I did read an article on a reservation voting to keep the name of their school's mascot as ... the redskins. Hmm ... makes you think where the hype is coming from. In fact, the only reason I refer to Indians as NAs is because ... well, there are a lot of Indians on the west coast. As in from INDIA. Kinda important to specify out here. Especially since NAs give us cool fireworks will Indians give us shitty customer service.Okay, I'll admit, that was a bigoted (and hypocritical - double points!) remark. The service is mediocre at worst, and India has a bustling electronics industry ... so I should also complain about mediocre computer design. :)I do enjoy Native American comedians though. For example:"I bet all you white folks have never seen an Indian comedian before. You probably think we don't have much to joke about, historically speaking. Welllll .... we never thought you were that funny either."XD
So let's see ... cast divine favor on watch wolf for a a 4/6 blocker, gain 3 life, then gain 10 life from feed the clans. That's my optimal T2 and T4 - with me sitting pretty on 33 life. When I first saw it ... I thought Wizards had gone insane. First Martyr of Sands, then Rest for the Weary, now ... 10 life from a freaking GREEN instant?I don't much care for infect ... though I do see why some players might be frustrated with lifegain when a green beatstick player can have over 40 life by turn 4. Simple combo. Leatherback Baloth + Feed the Clan (x2) - all the friends you have ever made in magic. This is especially true if you pull this off by turn 3 thanks to a llanowar elves drop turn 1. Simply put some trample on your baloth, and you basically win. Can anyone match green beatsticks 2 to 1 for damage? NO. ESPECIALLY not with Terra Stomper hanging around.
What can I say ... I love exercising my acidic wit. Which is probably why it is in everyone's best interest that I stay as far away from blue control as possible. With you know, cards like Luminarch Ascension and Geist of Saint Traft to back me up, 'cause I know what the angels like. :D
Yes. That's exactly what happened. Magical Hacker works for me now. Get used to it. :)I think this is similar to what happened in the angel tribal and my counter/counter decks ... it was just an inventive idea, I ran with it, and tried to stay away from trump cards. And ... magic players are foolish to be blind to the potential of cards like Setessan Oathsworn, Travel Preparations, and Seeds of Strength. Come on guys, what on earth do you THINK multiple target spells are good for. In all honesty ... they probably work better than most strive spells.OH, and the whole aristocrat format really helps keep costs down. So ... a clear win on that front.
I know that card. It's a major PAIN IN THE ASS in infect decks. Just thought you had to know my position on those sneaky infect decks. I swear, I will have 4 Deflecting Blows and 4 Boros Fury-Shields just for those devious rapscallions of Magic players. I would sooner fight Jessie's infamous $15 deck.
Hey ... I don't take lightly to challenges. :)And Jessie, I will find time to ... mull over your decks. Yes, that's the terminology I am looking for.
Fists of ironwood it is. Once again, thank you for your help!
Thanks! I will take a look see ..... to be honest, rancor is even in my budget beast tribal. Don't ask.
Seeds of Strength is indeed awesome. I will replace reap what is sown with it. Then, I can add in rancor in the uncommon slot (because I want to treat it that way). Then .. I'll ditch the valor made real for prey upon. You know ... scratch that rancor. Is there any similar instant, that costs less?Thank you for your help. Let me know if you need any help on decks of your own!Good luck, and happy deck building.
Oh my ... that's two suggestions for bioshift. Tell you what. I will sideboard it ...... it's only 16 cents. Come on people. At least try to show that you recognize valuable cards.... ditto for the 14 cents prey upon.At least people recognize the awesome power of rancor. I know it's only been printed as uncommon once, but I'm going to stick with that rating. It just seems to be about the power level of an uncommon. Perhaps I would think it a common if it didn't return to your hand.
If you are referring Native Americans, then there are ... multiple races involved. Just saying. So that comment is ... okay, not racist, I don't see it actively oppressing people. However, it is extremely bigoted, prejudiced, rude, and insensitive. That being said, the metaphor does describe this deck aptly.Don't worry, Wizards is far worse ... cue Bronze Bombshell and Invoke Prejudice. That being said, this deck is awesome. 'Cause I'm hypocritical like that. Also, look on the bright side. You're taking the "Indians" BACK after all. That's not that bad after all ... they're more like sleeper agents than unwitting bystanders.
Hmm ... needs MOAR flying-giving. If you could make all creatures flying somehow ...
