Ah, I see now, I was not reading Polymorph properly. I thought it was dig X deep where it was the creatures power, not until you hit another, nice idea.

Friendly lurker, think the problem is you only have 1 storm crow, and not 52, its not a storm without 52

Not sure if you are looking for ideas, but Ashcoat bear could be an addition, same as a few just with flash, and Werebear , for the mana and potential 4/4

What about Timely Reinforcements/Spectral procession?

What about Tormenting voice over Faithless looting, or wild guess

Maybe firstblade, but not the scope, needs it for the double proc of landfall

By black border, I mean the newer bottom, where its thicker, just seems nice and clean.
I personally don't like electrolyze very much, And I'd gladly pick up helix if they weren't 5 bucks a piece at my local shop, Rune snag is also nice, but the decks my friends run have a lot of mana ramp so wouldn't be too hard to get out of early on, But i see it being useful later on with 8 mana

What do you think of Ojutai's command, while high in cost, i can counter a spell and draw a card, or gain life/get a creature back if needed, or Render silent.

And the main reason I had cancel over dissolve, I just like that black border so much, but I probably should go dissolve since it's just plain better

Not too concerned about being standard since its just casual with friends, so i'll do bolt over strike, or maybe Magma jet, i like that one

Sadly i won't get any fetchlands since my budget isn't enough for all the cards + fetchland

I would suggest Magma jet over Lightning strike, so you can try to put a land on top for Explorer's scope

The only problem i see with this, big spells, no mana

I would suggest something like seething song + reverberate
