Oh, one last thing... drowned catacomb rotated out of standard. Throw in a play set of watery graves and you should be all set.

I might consider playing 4 ashiok’s main to metagame against Golos decks. Overall, I don’t think aggro is an appropriate title for this deck; if you want to go that route, you’re better off playing more aggressive creatures that attack well and going self mill with ptermander, maybe splashing red for crackling drake. As it stands, your deck seems closer to midrange/control. You could possibly lean into that with main board board wipes, since your removal is already a bit light. Also worth mentioning (but a different deck) you should check out fall of the Thran Esper decks that combo that card with ashiok. Might be a nice counter-strat to all the land greedy decks running amuck. But, take everything I say with a grain of salt, I don’t play standard and it’s all meant as constructive criticism.
Great looking deck! Have you considered using Yawgmoth as the commander? He provides card advantage and a sacrifice outlet in the command zone, and you can add a few reanimates and/or planeswalkers to complement his discard and proliferate ability. Wouldn't require major reworking, but might provide a bit more utility than Erebos (even though Erebos is great).
Oh, one last thing. You might consider replacing cloudshift with momentary blink. One more mana, but has flashback. There's also Eerie interlude as a way to protect creatures from board wipes and buyback etbs. In creature form, Brago is pretty great.
Great looking deck! I have a few suggestions. I would consider cutting Call to the kindred. It's a fine card for any tribal deck, but creature auras aren't great attached to non-hexproof creatures and getting 2 for 1'd sucks. As a replacement, you might consider cards like shamanic ritual or even inspiring call (since you have plenty of +1/+1 synergies). Speaking of hexproof, have you considered Shalai or privileged position? Shalai works well with winding constrictor, and privileged position excels in decks with a high permanent count. This idea is a bit radical, but have you considered a graveyard package to take advantage of all your creatures? I'm thinking something along the lines of patriarch's bidding, birthing pod, survival of the fittest/fauna shaman, and maybe even living death alongside some sac-outlets. If you want to go really deep, there's also the cEDH Tazri package involving food chain and a creature that card be cast from exile (using Tazri to find Zulaport Cutthroat with infinite mana). Expensive $$$, but a good insta-win in grindy games. A few other random ideas: another haste enabler that's generally good like maelstrom wanderer, temur ascendancy, or ashling's prerogative. A team buff/ I-win card like overwhelming stampede, coat of arms, craterhoof, cathar's crusade, or -most on theme- mirror entity. Sorry for writing such a long post, but General Tazri is an awesome commander and I really like your build of the deck.
Announcement: I will be posting my Top 6 decks tomorrow. At that point, members of the community (and contestants) may vote on their favorite deck of the six. Based on votes received, I will post the Gold, Silver, and Bronze deck lists next weekend.
thanks for sharing your deck! I've extended the competition to get more entries, so don't worry about the late submission
I'll make a new post to MTG vault and provide a link in the comments section here. I was originally going to announce the top 6 last Saturday and the top 3 this upcoming Saturday, but I'm going to extend the dates by a week (need more contestants).
Yeah... it's funny. When I first designed this deck I didn't expect that I'd need ways of giving evasion to my creatures. I certainly do after some testing, and I had been looking at abzan falconer. On the one hand, it can itself get counters, which works with hardened scales effects. On the other hand, it's slow to get going and it only provides flying. Herald might be the answer, i'll test it out. Exava is interesting... I'd almost rather run temur ascendency for the card draw and the three color casting cost, but maybe a body is better?
Thanks for the submission! I'm a big fan of lands-matter, ramp to win, and unlike spikey gitrog and lord windgrace, Omnath is the timmy special
A fellow Walls aficionado! I personally play thrasios/sidar with a combo focus, but arcades beatdown is sweet and just what i'm looking for in this contest
Enchantress is always sweet! I used to play 5c enchantress with the helm of obedience/rest in piece combo as my finisher. Good times
This is great! Playing mono-green and going Voltron/control is a bold and original take on the timmy strategy (original Multani is one of my go-to commanders). I especially like the 2for1 ramp suite and the fight package. Dealing with creatures is definitely not one of green strong suits, and this deck does it well.
I like the deck, looks sweet, but this competition is for EDH. I'd love to see an EDH adaptation of this deck if you're up for the challenge! Just realized that I hadn't explicitly specified that in the description
Hey Frey! Krenko was one of my first commander decks years ago. This is a surprisingly good looking version for only 30 bucks (I think my version was something ridiculous like 600). It's cool to see some of the newer goblins alongside the Krenko staples
Thanks for the submission! I will try to remove bias in my scoring (you know what I mean), but I appreciate the budget take on dragons and bonus point for going grixis with daddy bolas
I will begin leaving comments on decks as soon as we reach 6 submission! MTGvault users, go crazy
Ah, forgot that painter's servant is an artifact. Thanks for clearing that up!
Since your instant speed plays are either one mana or free, is there an incentive to keeping up mana for whir of invention (besides hard casting force)? Trinket mage searches everything in the mainboard, provides a body, and is easier on the mana (it can also be cast effectively off sol ring and non-blue moxen). I would recommend four, replacing the two whirs. Maybe whir is there for searching SB artifacts, or maybe comboing off at instant speed is important? Is it because the fetched artifact with trinket mage can be countered by mental misstep? Feel free to clue me in, i'm a complete newb at this format :)
Comment Template:https://www.mtgvault.com/keegang/decks/ramos-value-engine/Ramos, Dragon EngineBeatdown with commander damage from Ramos or take advantage of your other big creatures. Play around with +1/+1 counter synergies. Protect your team with hexproof effects and one-time indestructible spells to counter board wipes. Gain advantage through plenty of card draw spells. Answer threats with cheap counterspells or versatile removal spells.
