What no serra avatar? big beat stick, plus a bit of mill protection, which I don't see your deck has any. Also recursion is going to be needed as unless you have heavy draw engines and good mana, a board wipe is going to completely shut you down. Just some thoughts.

illusionist bracers cuz duh.
glacial chasm cuz you are running repercussions, which can easily backfire if you don't have sac outlets.

I once had a commander deck based around thelon and the swarm possibilities are insane. the number one card id say you can put in to ramp up your swarm is Sporoloth Ancient. that guy with Sporesower thallid make all your spore producing fungus produce 1 saproling a turn.

Doubling season DEFINATELY needs to replace parallel lives in the main deck as doubling season will also increase the number of spore counters gained per turn.

If you want to REALLY get crazy, add in conspiracy or xenograft and then even your saprolings can start producing more saprolings. also, proliferate could definately help, mainly contagion engine.

Finally, i would drop scattering seeds altogether and replace it with sprout swarm.

BTW i believe you are also in need of a Myr Battlesphere and a Mimic Vat. they combo obscenely well with the forgemaster and clock of omens.

I would replace the Revoker with a pithing needle. it costs 1 less, does the same thing, and is harder to remove.

also scorched ruin. so baller in a colorless deck.

Sculpting steel. . . 3 mana copy any artifact. . . legit. (put in a prototype portal for rediculousness)

and final suggestion, Mycosynth Golum. . . when you see it, youll know why.

id recommend a glacial chasm, thespian stage, and vesuva because the moment a blue deck knows you run blightsteel, you will be acquired.

you should run Concordant Crossroads for a haste engine. yes it gives everything haste (even opponant's creatures) but the best part about it is that its only 1 green to cast. so even if you draw it before the surge, just keep 1 extra up and if you decide "yeah this is enough to kill em" you drop the crossroads and end them.

whats funny is that I always say, if you're running alot of artifacts, its near impossible to not go infinite. but after looking at your deck i couldnt figure out a single infinite loop with the cards there. pretty good.

Made some adjustments based on your comments tho atm i dont have my deck with me so there are 3 cards im blanking out on. ill be dropping garuuk for Greater Good since i only use him for drawing anyway. and i know ill be grabbing a loaming shaman when i can.

Anyway i usually have no problem dealing heavy damage with lands due to the amount of cards i have that let me recycle lands. (best power play: tap all mana, play creeping renaissance, and reverb it, in response cycle decree)

ive also not had much problem casting/recasting my commander after being killed or countered (one time i had to cast him 8 times in 1 game and still won) due to the sheer amount of lands/ramp i have. I've only lost games where multiple players focused me out or someone else goes infinite out of nowhere.

Right now im adjusting it to give it as much ramp as possible. my goal is a consistant turn 4/5 commander

getting seismic assault. furnace is too chaotic and quest is . . idk good but not worth the slot. and crucible is too damn expensive.

i just recently build a Borborygmos Enraged EDH deck too. Yours looks more like a creature approach whereas mine is moreso based around his ability to chuck lands. here is the link to mine. http://www.mtgvault.com/jiverman7/decks/borborygmos-earth-slinger/

You have alot of good stuff from what i can see, but i dont see a common theme other than big things to smack people with. plus it looks like you are in desprate need of ramp. Id like to hear how this deck is supposed to be played so i can get an idea of what you are tryin to do with it.

make it even cheaper but still powerful by replacing champions of the parish with fencing aces. i would get more mikaeus the lunarchs or other buffs if you did that tho.

pretty sure there is a 1 drop goblin that can destroy an artifact a player controls if he can deal combat dmg to them, it may be if he isnt blocked he deals no dmg and you can destroy an artifact instead. that with liquidmetal coating means by turn 2 they dont get anymore lands. if you went first, gg

edit: http://www.mtgvault.com/card/goblin-vandal/WTH/
unfortunately his ability costs 1 red so i guess it wont work turn 2. but turn 3 its good.
