You should probably put in the Sanguine Bond-Blood Tribute combo--it gives you a win condition besides creatures.

You also might want another Sorin Markov so you get it more in games.

You really need 4 of Vampire Noctournus and 4 of Captivating Vampire.

You need less tutoring and discard spells--vamps are about killing your opponent's creatures and attacking with yours 100%. I would get 4 Urge to Feeds and 4 Feast of Bloods because they help you attack 100%.

Blade of the Bloodchief is very good in a vamp deck because it powers up your vamps and you get it out on the first turn.

You might want an Invincible Hymn though.

I think you need some fetch lands (Terramorphic Expanse, Evolving Wilds, etc.) because if you have a really good card in your hand but you don't have the right kind of land to play it.

You also might want the card from rise of the eldrazi: Prophetic Prism. This way, if you don't get fetch lands, you can still get any color of mana you want with any 1 mana.

Why would you put Pathrazer of Ulamog in there when you acually want less of the high mana cost in a five color deck? Take out the Pathrazers in order to get 2 Prophetic Prism.

You might also want some Diobolic Tutors in that deck if you need to get a certain card that you really need and that you have the mana for. The good thing is: if you get stuck with no lands or mana cards, you can search for them too!!

You might also want to take out the 2 Horizon Spellbombs for 2 Cultivates because they are faster and do not take 2 turns to power up.

If it is an aggro deck with killing spells, you might want to consider an Abyssal Percecuter or a Mimic Vat or Grave Titan or Inferno Titan.

you might want to add a bit of wight--it is a knight deck after all!

You might want to take out wight from a zombie deck.

You also need less lands that come into play tapped so you can get out slivers faster--i drew a sample hand and all I got was a winged sliver and all come into play tapped lands, with come into play tapped lands on the top of the library.

You need an Amoboid Changeling in there so you can use it with Sliver Overlord as the sickest combo when your opponent gets good creatures out. Other than that, this deck is amazing!!

You might want to consider an Elvish Piper in there--you can get out big creatures really fast.

I think you need some Demolishes in there just in case of an artifact deck.

You might also want some Mind Funerals in there.

You also need to remember that you can only have one Liliana Vess out at a time. I would drop one of them plus the Skinrenders to get 3 Pulse Trackers (they are amazing!).

Also, remember that Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief is legendary--so there might be one or two stuck in your hand forever. I would take out one of them for a Tendrils of Corruption.

Speaking of Tendrils of Corruption, I would also switch it with the Corrupts in your sidebord because in a vamp, you need low costs that are about 3 mana!

I think you should also take out the Duress and 2 Sign in Blood for 4 Urge to Feed and 2 Feast of Blood (don't know if Urge to Feed is standard).

You should at least sidebord Sorin--because you gain a bunch of life while wiping out creatures, opponents, and other planeswalkers (because they count as players too!). Also, his -3 ability is beast against life gain decks--witch in standard, there are a lot of!

I think you should take out the life drain--and all of the black while you are at it. I think you should replace black with white because you can't have an ally deck with out white (all of the life gain is incredible!).

Do you really think you should keep this a mill? You only have Hedron Crab witch can be killed easily. I think you should turn this deck into a white and blue ally (with a pinch of mill if you want)--it would be great!
