I might add some mana spells, it seems like a good idea but I am trying to keep my creature to spell ratio within reasonable limits.

I would but it doesn't have enough life link to really be effective.

You have a fair point. I put two in.

Its fine, though I was considering mark of the vampire due to the power bonus but it would require me to add more cards without lifelink and loose the main point of the deck.

I put in the essence harvest.

double lifelink is redundant though, the card soul link isn't lifelink so it's effects can be stacked, but lifelink is a static ability and can't to my knowledge... and essence harvest is assuming I get something with a lot of power, I don't think it is too common but it should be side boarded seeing as it is a possibility and a strong likelihood that it could help in a match that stops combat damage.

I don't think its a original though, most of my decks I aim for weird or abnormal at least... but as for this one I feel was set up, I just went to make my own version. Though thanks for the complement anyways.

That would be good, though I don't know where to fit it. I could take out corrupt?

I have found that I don't get much popularity probably due to naming... I usually repost decks I really like if they are good to me and see if anyone catches it. I would appreciate the help very much.

I know that swampyard isn't all that useful to most people but if you add in druids call you make a really good blocker considering how you create more tokens as you block, this is really good in keeping your opponent at bay while you slowly stack up assuming you have a slow start. Aside from that the 2x Gaea's Cradle are really good... but for around 75 bucks they better be right? I personally wonder why you didn't use a coat of arms it seems like the go to card for a deck like this... I have made a deck just like this, http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=255932 , but I don't know who's came first and I don't really care... these decks have been around for a while. I'm not a master so to speak so I can't really just tell you right and wrong but I want to know your reasoning why you didn't think of that kind of card. Oh, and you might want to try something like Alpha status/ Overwhelming stampede or something along those lines considering how much mana this deck seems like it generates i'm sure the 8 mana cost isn't enough to hold you back while you charge your opponent with something stupid like 60/60 's .... I use that combo in a wolf deck and still haven't found a person able to stand two rounds of overwhelming stampede and alpha status during a real match... not to say it's impossible... its just funny how unprepared most of my opponents are for that combo... Hit my decks up if any of you get a chance, I try to consider weird decks.

Thanks, my girlfriend needed a deck and I told her," give me a phrase,I will turn it into a deck." That is the result.

Too costly, it needs 4 mana just to use it and then to pay for the flash backs. It would be good in a long match if it goes on for 6 turns or so cause my land count is low but it would only make things more difficult early in the match. As is I am not fully committed to stagger shock cause it cost 3 but it will play itself the turn after and will burn stuff. Could be good if I have a great set up and I aim for 2 land in my hand so that I draw the third, but 4 is just going to take too long, cause I need 4+ for anything I want to play... or even more for its own flash back cost.

I would say this deck is basically about destroying, this leaves you vulnerable to indestructible... but so are most if not all decks... You might benefit from some cabal coffers or possibly a little exile, maybe one or two at most of the Unmake card.... could help. I am on the fence about that blade cause it only will help your vampires to its absolute most. Maybe some Grave pact and the Kusari-Gama to help with tokens. With so much destruction it would be good if you had something to benefit from your opponents creatures dying, like reanimate or something to bring them to life of maybe something like Falkenrath Noble or Blood Artist that will life drain as things die cause the Sangromancer is just too costly and won't help with both, it will only give you life cause you don't have stuff to make your opponent discard, which is just over paying for a card.

lol, here is the thing... this didn't take me more than a minute and I did this one to just say this is what everyone loves, but my rat people deck is what I want a rat deck to be. Sadly.... this venture as only proven that every deck like this is automatically popular... and there is no room for that weird kind of thinking... only the repetitive.....I agree with you... they are all like this and they require little ingenuity... I mean... look they best part about this deck is the stone right? well.... that was just in the most common buy next to the card relentless rats at cardkingdom. They may work well... but its just such a common style deck that it pisses me off that so many people prefer this over the longer and more original kind.

well the 40 format was just to make it easier to get the thumming stone.... If I run it bigger it is harder to get the stone and tournament doesn't really interest me... so I have no regard for B&R.
