Jackal familiar, Ashmouth hound to add some cheaper creatures.
Also Mortis dogs quite fit the theme and looks fun to play

I like this deck Rocco.
The only thing is I'm not sure about Armory. It doesn't help you with the heroics. I'd replace it with either more instants (aerial maneuvre, battlewise valor) for more agression (you have only 12 cards that trigger your heroics) or with counterspells (nullify, stymied hopes, thassa's rebuff etc.).

I like the idea of this deck. Have you considered splashing white for more token generation like lingering souls etc.?
Plus I'd get rid of worm harvest as I see no way to get enough lands into your graveyard. Same for Crucible of Worlds.

Oh I do understand this. MTG is about fun. I often use cards just because I like them even if they don't fit in the deck 100%.

With the mana curve I am not sure you need scorned villagers at all. I'd replace them with Young wolfs... Nice option for T1. Or wolfir avenger as MTGEI33t suggested.

I personally find Instigators much more useful. When you manage to turn them its a beast.

well it does but you have to get the counters on it first somehow (bioshift it or give it there using othe spells like Blessing. seems too complicated. you cást it in T2, in T3 you get counters on it somehow, and after that you can start tapping it for mana. It doesnt seem lik eits speeding the deck much, id suggest birds of paradise, an elf or sylvan caryatid.

Triton tactics is need here as it triggers two heroics.
And replace Gyre Sage with something else. There's not many creatures in your deck that would trigger hers evolve.

I will suggest few cards he's playing. Maybe it will help you.

Goblin Recruiter - as you don't keep it Modern - anothe way to get your Krenko/chieftain if needed
Goblin warchief - all goblins cheaper and haste
Goblin King - another goblin boss, for its mountainwalk it deserves at least a place in sideboard.
Arsonist is nice fuel for goblin grenades but not worth replacing anything.

Friend of mine is playing deck like this with Grave Pact. And I really hate that card...

Maybe some lifegain priests like soul's warden.

So this deck looks very very well. Always wanted to see a deck that can use Gisi to maximum. Like it very much.

First I put Revenge in just that I like the card but it turned out that it works wonders.
The Grim Affliction's proliferate wouldn't work with Charm's -1/-1, its not a counter. Or am I wrong?
The discard cards are there cause I like to know what I'm standing against so I can adjust use of removals and so on. Not sure if more 1 drop creatures with deathtouch would work better. Must try.
