What about adding some infectious control like grim affliction or virulent wound? Also mark of the vampire should fit in...
Plus I would consider Phyrexian Crusader.

I´d drop Sylvan Ranger and add Radha, Heir to Keld or Zhur-Taa Druid. You can then get your Liege on the table in third round...

Consider some more milling cards like breaking//entering to boost your wight and hovler faster....

Add ooze flux, u can remove counters from your undying beasts so they keep coming back over and over again and you create some blockers...

I like the idea but I think you dont have many creatures that share types. Wouldn´t it be worth to have one or two creature types? Wurms and beasts or elementals?

if I may suggest drop furor of the bitten, play full set of mayors and think about full moon´s rise

Add some dark rituals to get your creatures on the tanle earlier.

im not sure about the ooze flux here, not many counters to move away, just those from undying creatures and you dont have that many of them

use Nissa´s Chosen with the planeswalker

I like the idea, just don´t know if you will be able to get Regent on the table with this mana base
