I think Skirk Prospectors and 2 more Siege-Gang Commanders should be in it

You should play all 4 Midnight Entourage because it is the entire reason to play this deck
Also I would add some amount of Vraska's contempts
And maybe metallic mimics?

My standard deck is also u b prates and I have a decklist on my account I've spent a lot of time on
I'm still not 100% happy with my sideboard
I also can't afford The Scarab God

1. I feel very strongly on using all 4 Ruin Raiders:
+2 ruin raider
-1 Vons's hunger
-1 something else

2. I enjoy drawing cards and find the cheap draw spells I'm running good for this deck

I looked at your deck and read what you said:
- I think I might shave 2 lands for 2 cheap spells
- I would use a cheaper counterspell than scatter but I already own 4 scatter

I thought the array was an interesting include for this deck:
- An early play for a low curved deck
- Provides another way to tap things down for Harbinger
- Gives the deck a way to help deal with flyers or other threats

Defientely not a "top tier" modern deck though

Only thing i'd suggest is +2 lands
maybe take out 1 of each artifact?
