Lifegain on its own isn't really something you should look at, because they can be like... cool, you'll run out of resources before my creatures have to stop attacking

I would add dragons, you get to cut roast for Draconic Roar which has more versatility and allows you to play at instant speed, Kolaghan Storm's fury is phenomenal and Thunderbreak regent is awesome.

I have played it, it can be awesome, although the combo can sometimes be slow and unwieldy

I would prefer to play pyroclasm over Obliterate main deck just to make the aggro match up stronger :) I like it though, test it and see how it goes :)

I'd like to be playing dispel just because it stings the worst match ups for you (except affinity and just hope you don't meet that one) and its a solid Nope to any of their counters and usually a counter to any relevant things

Because she is never the turn 3 play it seems that she flips 75% of the time because she comes in late and Collected Company tends to be the finder so you're usually at 5-6 land already

You need some removal, cut might sliver and venom sliver, they don't add very much or are too slow, so look to abrupt decay and path to exile just so you can interact a little more. Or the 3 mana sliver that blows up any permanent for 3, so good to vial that in and then blow up a combo piece/problem permanent

Zaklax is right, ignore everything else- that should be the basis of your manabase

This is more a situation when you say no to lantern because really its not good enough when someone's follow up play can tend to be Lilianna of the Veil or an Etched Champion. Imagine if you played necrotic sliver in the same situation- suddenly you scare them into playing a different game- they can't really board wipe you because of your back lash and you have a constant 'oh you played a threat... how cute'
