Tolaria West can fetch Pact of Negation.

I'm not sure if you're trying to go Modern or Legacy, with the exception of one card in your any meta illegal sideboard, it looks Modern to me. I want to put the small combo of 'Elivsh Champion + Immaculate Magistrate' in your mind it's not amazingly terrifying unless you have a lot of Elves on the field then that's a different story. Fauna Shaman to tutor whatever you may need, unless you'd rather Summoner's Pact, or to a lesser extent Genesis Wave (if you're not going modern then Sylvan Tutor/ Worldly Tutor/Green Sun's Zenith). Yeah looks good though! You may want to think about a
What about Pact of Negation for a transmutable counterspell; granted you can only tutor it as a sorcery, but a singleton shouldn't hurt anything.
I enjoy the idea of this. All I'm saying is that any of the numerous cards which "Destroy all enchantments" sorta hurt this. Your only recourse is Replenish, and if they counter that... you're SOL. Adding Mesa Enchantress for card advantage (staying cheap and in colour), might not be a bad idea.A little more expensive but completely worth it would be Enlightened Tutor. Personally I would have Academy Rector over Lost Auramancers.
Erayo, Soratami Ascendant is banned as a general in EDH. As such I would choose Karador, Ghost Chieftain! Three colours add numerous possibilities, and he's just stupid good allowing you to play from your graveyard.
It's alright, I can't sacrifice the tokens.
Which is what the counterspells are for!
It seems like you're running very expensive creatures besides Delver, Snapcaster, and seemingly out of place Vault Skirge. There still is standard mana ramp, for example did you know Snapcaster or Vault Skirge are both disposable if you're going to drop something big? Say hello to Infernal Plunge, and hello to Grave Titan turn four. Whipflare answers tokens very nicely and Vault Skirge survives! I'm not a big fan of Tribute to hunger, with the new set tragic slip seems so much better. I cannot stress this enough, for every land you run means one less delver flip, one less answer when you need it. You could get rid of black, replace Titan with Chandra's Phoenix, Black sun's for Whipflare. etc. etc.
It's definitely a good deck, I'm not really a fan of Chandra's phoenix, it's an OK card in here. You could almost remove the black entirely, six (6) cards isn't worth it; adding other red answers in simply for the synergy of Chandra's Phoenix. I'm sorry, there's no reason for twenty-two (22) land in here, just makes Delver harder to flip.
What's with the random Divine Offering making this not Standard? Also, it seems like you could get rid of two land to make room for something better, since four mana is your most expensive card. It seems like a great deck, a little slow, creature wise, if you're not dropping delver turn one. Great cheap concept, building it right now. (Minus a Divine Offering.)
-2 Tumble Magnet, +2 Infiltration lends, -2 Chandra's phoenix, -1 hero, +3 Goblin Gaveleer.
Infiltration Lens almost guarantees an unblockable creature. Yes let's have a GOBLIN deck have a hand. Raid Bombardment is expensive.
Read it!... It's an artifact- what? help me out here.
Phyrexian Processor would work if you don't mind the loss of life, it may also be better if you just want to minimally edit your deck. I'd also suggest Trinket Mage to find your cheaper artifacts.
I don't understand the use of Grand Architect except as an awkward buff, should find something to put +1 +1 counters. You could also use fetch-lands! (They're expensive, but worth it.) Polluted Delta is the island swamp fetch-land. (and it will work wonderfully with Watery Grave.) What's with Howling Mind? You also need something better than Puppet Conjurer, sense it removes your tokens at the end of the turn. A Mimic Vat is the same, and could be used better.
Oh hey I recognize this.
It's not creatureless! B.) You can only have four of the same cards per deck.
