I would Definitely consider Bonescythe sliver and Hive Stirrings . Also why do you need Chromatic Lantern? Between 25 land, Manaweft, and Elvish Mystic ; I'd think you'll have enough mana. Door of Destinies is nice.

I really don't like Chronomaton. He may get stronger but it's not evolve. It's especially important because your weaker evolve creatures are the ones that take the most benefit from evolve. I think you should put in Experiment one. Actually I think I'm going to play test this so I'll be back with suggestions later.

I don't even think you need 4 Lord of the Voids generally you will be focused on using the apostles. Skirsdag High Priest is a boss in any creature based deck

This was suggested to me as your deck description.

Publically built deck. Everyone comments with their favorite card. Duplicate comments and upvotes count as a vote towards that card. Which ever colors become most prominent with the public, we begin from there. Add cards that have been decided on, and then delete comments. Ask for new suggestions for building the deck onward. Eventually, we will have a strategy publically voted as the best.

For Thought Scour you might as well have Gristly Salvage. Also you may be able to use Diregraf Ghoul or if you don't like that you could try Slitherhead. Ghoulraiser might work out well if you put in Gristly Salvage.

What do you think about Dreg Mangler instead of Slaughterhorn? Also Golgari Charm could be nice depending on your opponent.

Would you consider Divine Favor instead of Heroes Reunion? Or Predator's Raport perhaps.

Interesting Idea, reminds me of the deck called Hobo Elves. Shouldn't you have a really big card that you are leading up to with all the instant mana?

Just going to throw this on the table, but IF you did splash black. I would certainly look in to Soul Ransom.

Your win condition can be super overpowered creatures and card advantage. I think you should be careful with giving your opponent card advantage though. They may have a hand size limit but they might be able to lose there hand by turn 4. I like Divination. I'm sure there is a better draw card for modern but you get the idea.

Awwww, that's OK. It's hard enough to make a Dragon deck in standard without it being budget.
