Ugin Confirmed as Elder Dragon

Two days ago, the article "Renewal" was released. It talked about Bolas, and then talked about Ugin, and said he was an elder dragon.
" The only other being he'd ever heard Jace say that about was Ugin, another elder dragon"

Unless I'm missing something, they just canfirmed what people have been speculating about for years.
