Wierd "New Decks" formatting

Is this just mine, or in the new section are there decks from all over august randomly put in there? New decks are decks made public in the last 24 hours still, aren't they?

Decks are put on the new page when they are made public, like you said. But they could have been made say a month earlier. The date on there is the date it was created, not made public fyi.

That's true, I didn't think about that. There just seemed to be a lot of older decks
