Fevered Visions + Sphinx's Tutelage

Hello,
I was wondering if someone can help me create a deck with those two cards. They seem to work with each other. Other card draws would be great as well as bedlem reveler as a great card enabler for sphinx milling at least 8 for what seems like 3 or 4 mana at a time.

Include many draw spells to get your opponents hand size to set Fevered Visions off.

I had a standard deck recently that was a lot of fun, based around 'Sphinx. I put in a bunch of creatures that, when they died, either my opponent and I or just me drew cards. "Runed Servitor", "Youthful Scholar", "Palace Familiar". Gives you something to block with and buy time and it sucks cards out of them.
