Reya Dawnbringer Commander??

Would Reya Dawnbringer be a good Commander over Akroma, Angel of Wrath for a Mono-white Commander deck?
If Reya would be a Commander, would her "At the begining of your upkeep, you may return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield" work from the Commander zone??

This idea came to me when I was about to start drinking my morning coffee. Also i have a 6 team 2-headed giant, Commander game tonight and was hoping that this combo would work and piss people off. :D

As I understand the rules of Commander, her ability wouldn't work from the command zone. As to who would be a better commander of the two, that largely depends on how you build your deck.
