I was curious if I could place a Titanic Growth Instant Spell (+4/+4 until end of turn) on say Wall of Mulch and make it a 4/8, then sacrifice it immediately after to pump up my Scourge of Skola Vale by 8 points. Scourge of Skola Vale says to tap it and sacrifice a creature: Put a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the toughness of sacrificed creature. Will this work, or will Scourge only get +4/+4 based on the Wall of Mulch's original toughness? Thank you!
