With everyone saying mono blue devotation is going out because of the loss of so many good cards, it inspired me to want to show everyone that mono blue is still kick ass! this deck is mainly to control
This mono blue deck is mainly to stop your opponents from doing any harm to you, and while doing this you gain more and more creatures and make stuff unblockable with invisibility. also chasm skulker is almost UNSTOPPABLE with this deck also with military intelligence you can draw a lot more. jace helps you draw and even if you have to mill a little. any suggestions/comments I would I
love to hear because im willing to make changes to the deck. thanks :D
