Ninjutsu?
Ok, me and my roommate have been arguing about this for awhile but:
If he has stormtide leviathan out and I have an ornithopter that attacks him and I ninjutsu in throat slitters, does that bypass stormtide leviathan's effect of that only "creatures with flying or islandwalk can attack"?
Or should I just murder it instead?

- stormtide leviathan's ability only prevents creatures from attacking at and only at the declare attackers step
- ornithopter meets the requirements and is allowed to attack
- when ornithopter isn't blocked it meets the requirements for ninjutsu and you get to switch it with your throat slitters
- throat slitters deals damage
it's that simple, there's no debate because you are way past the declare attackers step when throat slitters enters the battlefield tapped and attacking as by the description of ninjutsu
