Two headed sealed tournament prize

My friend and I are entering a two headed giant event on Sunday, the problem lies where it is a sealed event that we are given about 200 random grab bag cards to make our decks with. The prize is absolutely ridiculous and I would really like to win, is there any tips that anybody can give for deck building or strategy? Thanks a lot!
