Do enchantment artifacts count as enchanting creatures?

I was curious to know if cards like Hammer of Purphoros which is an enchantment artifact count as enchanting all creatures you control. This is in relation to Fencer's Magemark which gives enchanted creatures you control +1/+1 and first strike.

Fencer's Magemark wouldn't work with Hammer of Purphoros. Hammer of Purphoros is a global enchantment, it doesn't make your creatures "enchanted" any more than Caged Sun would make them be "equipped".
