All ideas are Welcome, i think its about perfect but i am a newish player and i do not know all the cards of this game.

Tinker is a restricted card, you can only play 1 copy.

yeah I realize that but by doing so you make "casual play" less casual then tournament play. These cards (Sol Ring and Tinker) are restricted because they break the game, because their power level is through the roof. How can you call what is game breaking in vintage tournament play multiplied by 4 casual? I don't get that.

You can go pretty crazy with myrs as long as you can keep drawing cards with something like Slate of Ancestry. Krark-Clan Ironworks can be very strong with cards like Myr Retriever, its also easy to go infinite with it. Kuldotha Forgemaster is always a great option to fetch something big like Inkwell Leviathan or what ever. There's so many options without the need to make a deck that isn't legal in any format.
All Is Dust would be great but it's not cheap.

don't you have a problem getting started on 15 lands? I bet half of the time you don't have a mana generator on turn 2 and it will be hard to play that 3cc spell.
I build an artifact based deck on Urza Lands last weekend for my daugther, runs pretty good. It has the 12 Urza lands + 6 Islands. On top of that I run 3 Everflowing Chalice, 4 Palladium Myr and 4 Silver Myr.

Urza is a little expensive. You mean something similar to this http://www.mtgvault.com/iskavan/decks/urzas-eldrazis/

I mean just Urza Lands (Mine, Tower, Power Plant), they are very cheap and give a bunch of mana.
