[Bug] ' [M13] Elixir of Immortality doesn't exist in the MTG Vault database'

How to reproduce:


* Create a new deck
* Add the MTG 2013 edition of 'Elixir of Immortality' to your deck


I also tried adding the 2014 edition. That didn't work either.

Update: it appears that I was logged out of mtgvault.com while I was doing this. I don't know if MTG Vault uses an inactivity timeout, but that might explain what is happening. Still, I think it would be useful if the error was more specific, e.g. "We can't add this card because you have been logged out".

Hey ResidentHipster,

I'll take a look. Evidently there's a generic error message, but in theory I should be able to catch if you're logged in or not (it checks you're the deck owner when you try to add something to it, but when you're logged out, you're nobody). :)
