Golgari +1/+1 Counter Deck

Hey all! Recently updated my deck to standard and wanted to know your thoughts and suggestions. I've been playing against my friend's mill deck and control deck (arcanist + silence, counter spells, creature removal) and my other friends red/green aggro deck. So far it's done pretty dang well, but I've been continually tweaking and adjusting and would like some feedback.
