As is, I would say it's too slow to win really early and lacks enough removal to reach the end game.

You will probably want a few more creatures and some of those enchantments aren't really worth playing. You should definitely be playing Fabled Hero with all the enchantments you have in here. You could potentially kill someone turn 4 with him.

I will say that Gift of Immortality on High Priest of Penance is just mean. ;)

To capitalize on that interraction, you might want to play something like Boros Reckoner so that you can redirect damage to it.

All the changes kinda shift it away from black though which really changes the deck so I dunno...
