First deck build since I took a long break just about when 2013 released. I do not have all of the cards for the deck just yet, so I am open to some changes.
Trying to make sure the deck is standard and am working on a budget so I don't have immediate access to high priced cards without trading for them since I'm not willing to buy high priced cards at the moment.

I am hoping to build a deck that relies on Stroitic Resonator and Sanguine Blood to drain life from the opponent while healing at the same time.

I am open to opinions on how to improve the deck tho.
