Reverberate a counter
Wasn't completely sure on this one, But let's say someone countered one of my spells, could I reverberate that counterspell to counter the counter or has the counterspell already resolved if i can reverberate it?
On the same note, could I reverberate the spell they countered or can I not reverberate a spell already countered? Just wondering. Thanks.

Everything uses the stack...
You can Reverberate any spell on the stack.
So yes, you can counter a counterspell or copy the original spell with a Reverberate depending on which is the better play.
