Sample hands

I'm sure this has been idea has be thrown around before, but it'd be nice to have a way to shuffle your library without having to draw a brand new hand or mulligan, for cards that make you search your library or just in general shuffle it.

Actually I'd appreciate a true deck tester, but I know it's a lot of work :)
